This & That

Natalie has decided she loves to color, and use scissors to cut tiny slits in paper. She can be happy doing this for a long time. It's funny to me how they are all so different. Max still has trouble holding scissors properly, and she just picked it up on her own. Notice camera-ham Anastasia running hard and fast to get into the picture.

Daddy had a birthday! And blew out 47 candles. It wasn't easy to light 47 candles on this little chocolate cherry cake. But we did it. There was blue wax on the cake icing, but we did it.
We all crawled out of bed early and decorated his office with streamers and balloons, since he spends most of his time there. And the kids each picked out a gift for him from the Dollar Tree. Anastasia picked out a toothbrush. Max picked out a ball bat and wiffle ball. Natalie chose a pack of multi-colored wiffle balls, and Alexandra chose a shoe shining kit. It was cute.

The kids love to play with Playdoh.

Mmmmmm. Ice cream.

Max fell out of bed one night. I didn't realize how badly he was hurt until the next day. The picture does not do it justice. He really had a shiner. We are still puzzled as to what he fell on to cause such a bruise.
